- The saw blades are made of a cobalt-alloyed high-performance high-speed steel (1.3243) with very high hardness and high heat and pressure resistance.
- The aluminum-titanium-nitrite coating has a very high resistance to hot hardness and oxidation.
- As a result, the layer system remains stable despite higher cutting speeds compared to uncoated tools.
- This leads to a considerable increase in the service life.
- After production, each individual saw blade is straightened BY HAND, so that the side runout is minimized and the saw cut is characterized by a straight cut.
