Uses:

For the simultaneous deburring of both inside and outside of pipes in throughput procedure for small and large-scale production.

System description:

The material individualisation and the transport for the deburring procedure is implemented using two or more carrier chains. The deburring machine HBE-90 has been developed specifically for interlinking with automatic cutting systems and for direct attachment to the high-performance pipe sawing system HRS-315.

Additional versions, for example, manual feed with separate individualisation path, interlinking with bundle saws through to incorporation in a pipe works finishing line for deburring of lengths of up to 15,000mm have been implemented.

Lengths: As of 100 mm – 6.000 mm ( optional up to 15.000 mm)

Version

  • Model version 1: Central chain drive with spline shaft
  • Model version 2: i-drive chain drive without spline shaft
  • Model version 3: idrive chain drive with CNC length adjustment suitable for HRS-315-CNC
